Nagabajee Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

1 General Terms

Nagabajee is an online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and other approved regions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all services, products, and promotional activities offered by Nagabajee.

Nagabajee reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly.

In these Terms and Conditions, "we", "us", or "Nagabajee" refers to the Nagabajee platform and its operating entity. "You" or "user" refers to any registered or unregistered user of the platform.

• These Terms & Conditions are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.
• An internet connection is required to use Nagabajee's services, and any associated costs are your responsibility.
• Nagabajee reserves the right to restrict its services in certain countries or regions.

2 Account Registration

To access the full range of services on Nagabajee, you will need to create an account. You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Opening an account with incorrect or false information is a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

If any information provided at registration changes, you must notify Nagabajee immediately. It is your responsibility to ensure your account details remain accurate and up to date.

• Each person may open only one account.
• Creating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is strictly prohibited.
• You are required to keep your account password secure and must not share it with any third party.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Nagabajee reserves the right to decline account approval at any time and without providing a reason.

3 Eligibility & Age

Nagabajee's services are intended for adults aged 18 and over only. Registration or use of the platform by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.

The following individuals are also ineligible to use Nagabajee:

• Individuals subject to a gaming ban imposed by a financial institution or court order.
• Users with an active self-exclusion in place.
• Nagabajee employees or their family members (in relation to certain services).
• Residents of countries or regions where Nagabajee's services are prohibited.

4 Deposits & Payments

Deposits on Nagabajee can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and other mobile banking methods. Deposits are generally processed instantly. If you experience any technical delays, please contact our support team.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (may vary depending on the payment method).
• All deposits must be made from your own payment method — third-party payments are not accepted.
• Nagabajee does not charge any deposit fees, though fees from your payment provider may apply.
• Deposited funds may only be used for games and betting services approved by Nagabajee.
• Nagabajee reserves the right to place a hold on deposits in the event of suspicious transactions.

5 Withdrawal Policy

Certain conditions must be met to withdraw funds from Nagabajee. Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Processing time: typically 1–48 hours, though in some cases it may take up to 72 hours.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• In exceptional circumstances, Nagabajee reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal pending investigation.
• If evidence of prohibited activity is found, withdrawals will be cancelled and funds will be forfeited.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Nagabajee offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own specific terms and conditions, which are detailed on the bonus page.

• The welcome bonus is available to first-time registrants only.
• A minimum deposit is generally required to qualify for a bonus.
• A specified wagering multiple must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn (typically 15x–30x).
• Bonuses may be restricted to use on specific games only.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same person or device is strictly prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

7 Betting Rules

All betting decisions on Nagabajee are final. Nagabajee reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless Nagabajee voids it for specific reasons.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount is generally refunded.
• Betting based on suspected match-fixing or the use of insider information is strictly prohibited.
• Arbitrage betting — placing opposing bets on the same event to gain an unfair advantage — is strictly prohibited.
• Nagabajee reserves the right to set betting limits on any market or event at any time.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Nagabajee and may result in account termination and legal action:

• Registering with a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Use of funds obtained through illegal means (money laundering).
• Use of bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Attempting to bypass or compromise the platform's security systems.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Making defamatory remarks or spreading false information about Nagabajee.
• Any form of fraud or fraudulent activity.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Nagabajee may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of the Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or submission of false documents.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Suspicious activity related to account security.
• Suspicion of financial fraud.

You may request to close your account at any time. Any withdrawable funds will be returned, but bonus funds will be forfeited.

10 Limitation of Liability

Nagabajee is not liable under the following circumstances:

• Any game or bet missed due to an internet connection failure.
• If a third-party service (such as a payment gateway) fails.
• If your account credentials are exposed due to your own negligence.
• Temporary service disruptions caused by unexpected technical errors.

Under no circumstances will Nagabajee's total liability exceed the amount you have deposited in the past 30 days.
